We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the game will be accurate or reliable.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HARSHUBH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party related to your use of the game or violation of these terms.
